A general presentation of the Blue Box range, designed for professional and industrial use. Blue Box high-pressure washers can feed a high-pressure water network that connects the machine to the washing location and are therefore ideal in industry and especially in the agri-food sector. Their compact design also allows them to be placed directly next to the place where washing operations take place. HT models allow the use of hot water.

These are heavy-duty high-pressure cleaners, designed to last over time as the AISI 304 stainless steel bodywork has no painted parts that are prone to rust.

Heavy duty motors
The electric motors offer high performance by stabilising the operating temperature at constant values for unlimited use thanks to heavy duty configuration.
The motor power chosen for coupling to the pumps is always oversized so that the power required by the pumps never reaches the maximum available values.
In particular, an 8.5HP motor is used for the Blue Box 21.150 model, rather than a 7.5HP motor that is commonly used, which is completely insufficient.
1450 rpm professional pumps
The 3 ceramic pistons inline pumps are largely oversized, allowing only partial use of the maximum pressure for which they were designed.
This feature, together with that of the heavy duty electric motors, allows the high pressure washers Blue Box to operate without cooling pauses.
The pump-motor connection is not direct, but is made by means of an elastic coupling so that over time, in the event of a failure of the coupling system, the intervention will be minor and rapid and not with the prospect of major component replacement.
Advanced safety systems
Blue Box high-pressure cleaners are equipped with a robust, specially designed electronic board that manages machine functions and all signals.
The control panel signals any possible anomalies: lack of water supply (with safety shutdown); possible micro-leaks (with safety shutdown); protection against unintentional resetting of the machine after a power failure: It is often the case that, due to forgetfulness, the high-pressure cleaner is not switched off by the operator during a power cut. A special safety system prevents the high-pressure cleaners from restarting automatically when the power comes back on: the operator must voluntarily switch the machine on again. If left on, Flector also switches off automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity.
In the agri-food sector, the Blue box high-pressure washers, wall-mounted in each washing area, whether supplied with cold or hot water, are ideal for optimising cleaning operations, as each area can be fitted with different models in terms of flow rate and pressure in relation to the specific washing requirements.

Blue Box cold water high pressure washers, if placed in a technical room, can supply a high pressure water system that connects the machine to the washing location.
Blue box high-pressure cleaners can be wall-mounted without the need for additional brackets as there are 4 mounting slots on the rear uprights.
A stainless steel wall bracket is available on request.
Their compact design allows the machine to be placed either in a technical room or in the vicinity of the washing location.
The included high-pressure hose – 15m long! – is coated with non-staining rubber to prevent the hose from leaving marks on surfaces.
