The very compact design takes up very little space, making Vincent high-pressure cleaners suitable for easy transport.
They are designed to last as the bodywork consists of a very strong tubular frame and stainless steel cover panels.
Vincent high-pressure cleaners are also equipped with 2 large-diameter rear wheels and 2 pivoting front wheels, one with a brake, for easy manoeuvrability.
The frame is designed to allow lifting and moving directly on the worksites.
Heavy duty motors
The electric motors offer high performance by stabilising the operating temperature at constant values for unlimited use thanks to heavy duty.
The motor power chosen for coupling to the pumps is always oversized so that the power required by the pumps never reaches the maximum available values.
The elastic coupling prevents both the pump and the motor from hammering, which would otherwise occur at every start-up, with very damaging consequences for the entire pump-motor unit.
1450 rpm professional pumps
The 3 ceramic piston inline pumps are largely oversized, allowing only partial use of the maximum pressure for which they were designed.
This feature, together with that of heavy duty electric motors, allows the high pressure washers Vincent to operate without cooling pauses.
The pump-motor connection is not direct, but is made by means of an elastic coupling so that over time, in the event of a failure of the coupling system, the intervention will be minor and rapid and not with the prospect of major component replacement.
Advanced safety systems
Some models in the Vincent range are equipped with a specially designed, robust electronic board that manages machine functions and all signalling.
The control panel signals any possible anomalies: lack of water supply (with safety shutdown); protection against unintentional resetting of the machine after a power failure: It is often the case that, due to forgetfulness, the high-pressure cleaner is not switched off by the operator during a power cut. A special safety system prevents the high-pressure cleaners from restarting automatically when the power comes back on: the operator must voluntarily switch the machine on again. If left on, Vincent high pressure washers also switches off automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity.

Specific models for marine environment and seawater use are also available, with structure, pump and water circuit in AISI 316 stainless steel and models for sandblasting, equipped with specific accessories and with tanks for accumulating calibrated sand.
Both the skid and the mobile versions can be fitted with special hooks for lifting with a crane.
Vincent high pressure washers can be equipped with remote control.
On request, some Vincent models can be equipped with specific pumps designed to be supplied with hot water and a safety system to control the temperature of the inlet water.

CUSTOMIZED VERSIONS
Washing applications are very varied and each company has its own particular requirements, which cannot always be accommodated by standard installations. Sirmac carries out studies and designs, on request, specific high pressure washers for many work requirements.
We design units on a palletised frame that can be mounted on dedicated vehicles including, in addition to the high-pressure washer, a water tank, available in both stainless steel and plastic, two hose reels for high and low pressure and a storage compartment for accessories.
